When i first went to the store a few months back i felt a little out of my elements being white and shopping with spanish and afro americans this is my second posting and i have to tell you today i felt more at home then most other stores i have shopped in. The women Fabiosa one of the produce employees who i met on one of my other visits. i called ahead to see if they had a item i love and they said they did and they would hold 3 of them i went to get it and they apologized they did not so i asked when they would and was probably tomorrow i thank you and continued to shop out of nowhere a man came up to me with the item and put them in my cart i was shocked and thankful. i have shopped at whole foods sunset Jewel and never have been treated the way i was treated at tony’s everyone was vary friendly said hello smiled a great experience keep up the fantastic work and i appreciate you all

In today's world people don't take the time to thank people that go out of there way for you. last Friday I went to the Tony's fresh market in waukegan for fresh grapefruit juice they were out I was sad. Saturday I called and talked to Fabiola the women that works in the department that makes the fresh fruit juices and cut up fruit. She asked me when I could come in I asked her when she would have the juice ready . I told her I would like 3 bottles she said give me 25 minutes and that she would put 3 aside for me. I Went to the store and there in her section she had the 3 juices I reached into my pocket to give her a tip and she said no thank you I love my job here and I'm here to help. I also talked to the manager who could not of been more accommodating and was happy that I was taken care of. The feeling I got is the actually care about their customers being happy and I'm happy their employees are happy as well Thank you Fabiola for the fantastic service god bless

My new favorite grocery! One stop shop. From all your grocery needs. Great produce selection! Already prepared meals! And their food court is pretty amazing! You need to see Tony's for yourself, such a wide selection of pretty much Everything! A huge liquor department & always specials on sale. It's worth "joining their rewards" picks on your phone what specials you are going to or thinking of buying that trip.When you get to the register swipe your phone/Tony's skew & it takes all your savings coupons off the total! I Love seeing what I've saved at the very end. And always friendly self check-out people to help if any little glitches! Of course you can use the regular check-out lines also

I love the new layout but I miss the homie feel it had. It feels like a semi-international walmart now. It doesn't feel like shopping at a local grocery store anymore but it has a bunch of new cool things. The fresh food sections and all that great additions. Always clean, some of the girls at the check outs can be a bit intimidating but always willing to help. This is one of the best stores in waukegan of not the besst

My first time there and i found it very clean and organized. Meats looked fresh and vegetables and fruits were nice. Shelves were well stocked. Worth a trip because prices were very competitive also.

The Butcher Shop is fantastic there. The produce is decent also, some of the canned goods and box goods are more expensive but I suppose it's a trade-off. Anyway, you have to know your stores. I go here for the butcher shop and certain produce items, maybe the hot food bar, the bakery is pretty good also.

This store has many different cultures it serves. Very friendly, kind and considerate people and fairly priced considering what Trump has done destroying our economy. I enjoy shopping here and recommend it to any family trying to just survive during this recession time.
